To ensure proper delivery and allow for timely action in case of any issues, we kindly ask you to carefully follow the instructions below.

1. Package count and visual inspection upon delivery

Before signing the delivery receipt, please:

1.1 Check that the number of packages matches what is indicated on the delivery document.
1.2 Inspect each package to ensure it shows no visible damage, signs of tampering, or moisture.

2. Package inspection, preferably in the courier's presence

2.1 If possible, open the packages while the courier is still present.
2.2 Check the integrity of the products, materials, and components inside each package.
2.3 If any packages are visibly damaged or tampered with, they must be opened in the courier's presence.

3. Shock Watch indicators (if present)

3.1 If Shock Watch indicators are attached, check that they have not been activated (e.g. change in color).
3.2 If activated, note this on the delivery document (POD) and inspect the item with the courier present.

4. Immediate reporting of any issues

4.1 In case of visible damage, clearly note the following on the delivery document:

- The affected package (using the label or tracking number).
- The issue observed (e.g. \"dented packaging\", \"visible hole\", etc.).

5. Photo or video documentation

If any damage is found, take detailed photos or videos of the damaged product, the outer and inner packaging, and all protective materials used.
Please note: Without proper documentation, we will be unable to process your claim.

6. Retain original packaging

All original packaging must be kept until the case is resolved with our Customer Care team.
Without it, your claim cannot be accepted.

7. Timely submission of the report

Please send all documentation within 5 days of delivery, in order to allow us to handle your request promptly and accurately.
